Thousands of guests, one park, one day. Booths are assigned in the order applications are received for Sunday, September 6, 2026 at Centennial Center Park.
Vendor information
All vendors—including those selling food, arts, crafts, clothing, products, or promotional materials—must submit a completed application on or before the deadlines below.

Festival schedule
- Vendor set-up11:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Vendor invitation
We warmly invite you to be a part of this incredible celebration. Vendors are encouraged to offer unique products, services, and experiences of every kind — from food and apparel to crafts, art, education, wellness, and professional services.
Acceptance & guidelines
- All applications are reviewed by the Vendor Committee.
- Notification of acceptance or denial is sent via email.
- Accepted vendors receive booth assignments and logistics no later than one week before the festival.
Vendors must provide their own
- 10x10 tent
- Tables and chairs
- Booth signage and display materials
- Stable, weather-ready, safe setup
Electricity will NOT be provided.
Right to refuse
The Colorado Ethiopian Community Festival reserves the right to deny or cancel vendor participation and refund all fees if the application does not align with the mission to promote a safe, welcoming, and high-quality experience for all attendees.
